Steps:

1. Add the Background image named Page 1 - Background with KPI.png to Page 1 of the report
2. Align all the visuals on the page so that they fit into the various areas defined by the background image
3. Add a filter for Year found in the Dates table and add it to the Filters pane the option named Filters on all Pages

4. Apply conditional formatting to the YoY% card to show RED font if the YoY% is below 0 and Blue font if above 0

5. Apply a diverging color scale to the Total Sales by Location bar chart. Note: You can choose colors of your choice

6. Change the Sales column to be conditionally formatted as a bar inside the Matrix visual
7. Change the YoY% column to be conditionally formatted as icons inside the Matrix visual. Change the styling of icons to your choice.
